Refund policy
Refunds are available with the same payment method used on the order if returned items are unworn and in resalable condition within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, you may be issued an Akola Jewelry credit for the original price paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift cards and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies.
To return or exchange an item, please contact customer support by emailing care@akolajewelry.com with your invoice number and a brief explanation of your claim.
